Inspired by the way coffee tasted centuries ago—when beans traveled by wooden sailing ships from the tropics to Canada, naturally absorbing the warm, salty ocean air—we recreate those conditions during our roasting process. The result is a coffee transformed: smoother, fuller-bodied, and noticeably less bitter. We offer a variety of roast levels and fun, flavourful options to suit every palate.
